What is Waxing?

Waxing a car protects the paint after it’s clayed and/ or polished.  It will provide shine to the paint as long as the paint isn’t oxidized.  You can think of oxidation as a dulling of the paint.  Chances are,  if your paint looks dull and doesn’t have that “pop” to it anymore, it has accumulated oxidation on it.  Wax will NOT remove this oxidation. Only polishing can remove it.  Car detailing Las Vegas is different than other parts of the country, because of the extreme temperatures during the summertime.  Not all waxes will protect the paint in the hot Las Vegas sun because the melting point is too low.  A regular pure carnuba wax will not last on your car.  We use specially formulated synthetic waxes and paint sealants to protect your paint from the hot sun.
